We are delighted to announce the return of the Social Prescribing Network awards now in its second year. Working with the Social Prescribing Network and the College of Medicine we are hosting a programme of 10 awards, open to everyone involved in social prescribing. The awards will be presented at the 3rd International Social Prescribing Network conference 4 and 5 March 2021.
