Will Chamberlain-Webber
Managing DirectorWill has been involved in events design and production, for the past thirty years. He has helped many clients realise their ambitions to do things in a better or unusual way, whether that's for a conference, exhibition or awards ceremony. With Alison Dunn he founded the Advancing Healthcare Awards, an awards programme showcasing the achievements of allied health professionals and healthcare scientists, which has been going from strength to strength for over 20 years.

Alison Dunn
ChairAlison has been involved in healthcare communications for over thirty years and brings her experience of publishing, public relations and marketing into play to help clients reach their audiences in the most effective ways. For over twenty years she was joint Managing Director of Chamberlain Dunn. Previous to this she was editor of Nursing Times and HSJ, and Director of Communications at the Royal College of Nursing, before setting up the RCN’s publishing company.

Lauren Crawford
Business Development ManagerDeveloping business for Chamberlain Dunn has been Lauren’s passion for the past 5 years. She is the brains behind our awards programmes including the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Excellence in People Awards, which keeps her up to date with the movers and shakers in the healthcare world. She combines this knowledge with her skills in e-marketing and website development to enhance interaction with entrants and sponsorship opportunities.

Ellie Hayden
Event ManagerEllie is our event and project manager. She coordinates and project manages our virtual and live events with precision and careful attention to detail. Throughout the last decade of her career, she has developed skills in optimising and innovating the use of information technology, providing customised virtual events for a variety of clients, as well as company-wide technical assistance and technical assistance externally to our clients, sponsors and attendees for all events. She has a first-class BA in English from the University of Sussex and during her time at Chamberlain Dunn, she has worked on many media campaigns, communications strategies, and research projects.

Joy works on programme development across all of our conferences and events as well as overseeing our marketing campaigns. She has worked for over 15 years across the whole portfolio of training and development, conferences, awards programmes and event management. She says that the best parts of her job are learning something new every day, making connections and working with clients across health and care, people who are passionate about making a difference.

Sponsorship and Exhibitions ManagerHelen has a wealth of event management experience across a wide range of sectors and businesses, from working with entrepreneurs leading the way with MedTech startups, to thought leadership events within the Biomedical division at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Helen has managed a broad range of events from awards ceremonies to multi-day conferences and as part of the Chamberlain Dunn team is responsible for ensuring our much valued sponsors and exhibitors get the utmost value from their involvement in each and every event.
