Wednesday 18 October 2017 was a great day for AHPs and healthcare scientists in Northern Ireland as we celebrated their work and achievements at their national conference and their very own Advancing Healthcare awards for AHPs and healthcare scientists.
During the conference we were treated to a stupendous performance by our 2017 Advancing Healthcare Awards winners the Voice of release a project lead by Lynsey Grierson, clinical specialist occupational therapist South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust and Sheila Smyth, musical director, The Right Key.
We were joined for the Awards dinner by over 200 guests, which was a fabulous night of celebrations and culminated in the Award for overall winner which went to the winners of the Seating Matters award for Innovation and creativity.
