The challenge
The Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators is a professional association for technical communicators and information developers. They needed a programme designing for their annual conference which reflected the varied nature of their members’ skills and professions.
Our solution
We created a branding based around the idea of a cog to suggest the idea of a communication hub that links together the many forms of new technology and expanding possibilities. We used the idea of interlinking lines with boxes to get across their message of linking together through science and technology. The logo ideas used for the programme were very well received by the client and have since been used for other publications and materials.
