Chamberlain Dunn worked in partnership with Richard Hartnell of Hartnell Creative to support Terumo Pharmaceutical Solutions. Terumo develops, manufactures and supplies carefully crafted solutions to injectable drug delivery challenges, providing a full portfolio of products and services for the pharmaceutical industry. Richard Hartnell’s creative genius brings Terumo’s solutions to life using experiential marketing techniques and conceptual design. Chamberlain Dunn help bring Richard’s ideas into being, providing project management and visual design support.
At Pharmapack in Paris we worked with Hartnell Creative and Terumo to engage visitors with the Terumo exhibition stand using an interactive animation quiz. Each delegate completed a business card with their information and then picked an area of interest. They were then asked to memorise 4 benefits relating to a product in that particular area. They were then asked to select the correct benefits from another list – one of these was wrong. They selected the answers and a robot arm moved and picked up their business card and also a corresponding box, placing these on the conveyor belt. The answers were then checked by the robot and if correct they were entered into a draw to win an ipad. If wrong they were told the correct answer and not entered into the draw but given a box of chocolates to take away.
Chamberlain Dunn produced the artwork for the quiz, stand, chocolate boxes and chocolates and liaised closely with the printing team and stand builders to ensure that the delegate experience was seamless and engaging.
Reports from Terumo have noted that since Hartnell’s involvement Terumo are now a must see stand at many of the exhibitions with existing clients dropping by to see the stand. Sales themselves have increased, with more interest in the products display and more people stopping to see what Terumo is about.
