It is an honour to support the Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust with their ‘Time to Recognise’ staff recognition programmes, recognising and celebrating the work of staff at every level and department. Our work includes organising their:
- Monthly recognition awards programme
- This Is Us Week – a week long event for staff across 4 sites
- Our Amazing People Awards programme and ceremony
- Long Service Awards programme and ceremony
From setting up and managing the awards portal to managing the on-site delivery of all 4 events we work closely with the Trust’s teams to help take away the day-to-day burden of managing complex, admin-heavy projects, delivering professional celebrations for the organisation’s most important asset – their people.
Highlights
- Setting up and managing the awards programmes - include awards portal, entry management and judging
- Working with the OD team to develop a 5 day recognition event across 4 sites
- Working closely with the comms team to ensure seamless design and branding across all programmes
- Organise guest lists for over 500 guests
- Secure support from the Trust Charity and work together to ensure aims and objectives are met
- Organise venue, AV, stage design and build and entertainment
- Post-event follow up, analytics and evaluation
