Overview
Our team was proud to be selected to organise the annual conference and exhibition for both the Royal College of Podiatry and the Faculty of Podiatric Surgeons. This was a four day event held at the ACC in Liverpool’s Kings Dock. Working very closely with the client we were involved at every level of planning and production. Building on existing commercial relationships and fostering new ones our team secured and delivered a packed exhibition. Working with the client’s programme teams we advised on the programme, bringing a fresh approach and a great mixture of inspirational keynotes, clinical demonstrations, seminar sessions, panels, wellbeing and networking sessions. We managed the logistics for over 100 speakers, over 1000 delegates and 80 exhibitors, as well as abstract and poster submissions. We managed these two complex events with a fine attention to detail, rigorous reporting to our client and with every effort made to provide an excellent delegate experience.
