Isabelle Blackmore has been responsible for the rapid build and development of our locally supported contact tracing. Isabelle has managed and steered the development of this new, high-priority function for the council across the orgnaisation and been central in enabling the joint working needed with Public Health England and NHS Test and Trace. She continuously injects pace and capability into our service, and what she has accomplished in a matter of weeks (on the back of months of acute health protection response) has been exemplary
