Her classes have been a joy to experience. You can see the progress the participants are making, especially physically. It is a wonderful excuse to get together, take some exercise and have a chat at the end of the class. Brogan organised these classes in a matter of days, working from her home, using Zoom. It has given her great satisfaction to see the progress made. What a wonderful thing to come out of such an awful situation.
